How to Clean a House Fast
Have you ever wondered how to clean a house fast? Maintaining a clean house can seem like an almost impossible task with the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Trust me, four dogs reside in my home. Plus, here in the Georgia mountains, we've been getting quite a bit of rain. So, my floors are spotted with puppy prints, especially since I've been sick and have not been in the cleaning mindset. Keeping a clean floor seemed like an improbability when I first moved in.Cleaning isn't organizing.
Let me clear up something first. Cleaning is not the same thing as organization. If your house is completely unorganized and chaotic there is no way to clean it in fifteen minutes or less. Organizing involves finding a spot for almost every item that you own and weeding out the items you don't need. If your house is some what organized, and you have a spot for almost everything this post will benefit you. If your house is just in need of some sprucing; then, you can clean it (or at least have the illusion) of clean in fifteen minutes or less without a lot of fuss.Quick Cleaning Tips
Stop stressing over a dirty house and learn how to clean a house fast. Remember, if you forget to do one of the steps listed below there is always tomorrow. Here are some quick cleaning tips that I have learned on how to clean your house fast. Try to do these at least once a day, 6 days a week, and your house will be clean and tidy all week long!1. Go through your house and collect all of your dirty clothes. Store them in a hamper, or put them in the washing machine to be washed.
2. Pick up any clothing items that are not dirty and store them in their appropriate spots.
3. Collect any dirty dishes and store them in the dishwasher or let them soak in the sink.
4. Throw away any trash that you find.
5. Wipe down all of your counters with a wet cloth.
6. Sweep the floors.
(optional) 7. Wet down your mop and give your floors and once over.
If your house isn't completely clean at this point, it will look close to it! And I guarantee that almost no one will be able to see the difference. I say no one because my mom is a bit OCD; so, if your mom is anything like mine, she will be able to spot the slightest thing that is out of place. If you keep it up once a day six days a week, your house will be completely clean in absolutely no time at all. You will be able to do other things and not worry about how clean your house is. Plus, when friends and family member stop by you will not have to go on a mad cleaning dash.
