DIY Heart Bracelet

I was thinking about great Valentine Day crafts, and I was at a complete loss. I had previously bought a small bag of table decorations in the shape of hearts at the dollar store. I decided to use these great decorations to make a heart bracelet that could look cute on anyone.

I made two separate bracelets in two different ways. One with superglue and one with wire. The pink one was made with the wire and the red one was made with superglue. Here's how I made each one.

Red Bracelet:

Tools:

  • Leather cord
  • Heart
  • Superglue

Directions:

1. Scrape all of the glitter off the back side of the heart.
2. Put a dab of superglue on the leather cords.
3. Let the glue dry.

Pink Bracelet:

Tools:

  • Leather cord
  • Heart
  • Wire
  • Pliers

Directions:

1. Poke a small hole one side of the heart and connect the leather cord by wrapping it in wire.
2. Wrap the other side the same way.

I hope that everyone enjoyed this tutorial!

    1. Marienken, thank you so much! I found that the heart table decorations from the dollar store was much handier than I had originally thought!

  2. Seeing that photo on the wrist made me think of putting these on a hair tie! Since I wear one on my wrist most of the time, it would double as an accessory and also look adorable when in my hair. Thanks for the inspiration!!
